The second thing I notice is that some of my favorite pictures in this blogpost are of vegetables that have vague connections to the brain. The coronal sections through the white cauliflower on the brown/dark cutting board is beautiful. I can almost identify the corpus callosum and the cerebellum in your image. Same goes for the awesome mushroom picture - axonal projections heading toward the brain stem. This is probably not the reaction you were going for - but those pictures are just beautiful. As for the food part of the post - my first pick is the mediterranean meatballs in squash sauce.
